If you are a personal or business banking customer who used QuickBooks® or Quicken® software to download transactions prior to our bank's technology conversion on 2.28.11, here is some helpful information:
Before downloading your account data for the first time in our new eBanking system, you will have to deactivate and reactivate your QuickBooks® or Quicken® account so it can connect with our new system.
Users who signed up for Personal and Business eBanking after 2.28.11 will not have to complete this step.
