Making the switch to mobank is easier than ever with our online Switch Kit.
You’ve opened (or are considering opening) a new account with Missouri Bank. So what happens next? Is changing your banking universe going to be a hassle? No way.

The mobank Switch Kit makes it easy to close your old accounts and transfer over automatic payments and direct deposits to your new Missouri Bank account by providing the checklists and creating the letters you need to make the transition a snap.

Step 1: Enter your new Missouri Bank account information.
If you don't have an account with Missouri Bank you will need to open one before switching.

Step 2: Enter your previous account(s) information.
Your previous financial institution information is needed to close your old accounts.

Step 3: List any automatic debits (ACH) and/or direct deposits.
Gather all information on companies that make electronic withdrawals from your account or direct deposits to your account. This includes automatic debits or charges to your debit cards.

Step 4: View and print your Switch Kit documents:

  • Switch Kit Check List
    You’ll want to keep this checklist for your records and for tracking purposes.
  • Notification of Automated Debit Account Change letter(s)
  • Payroll or Direct Deposit Account Change letter(s)
  • Closure and Notification of Account Change letter(s)
    Sign and mail in your Closure and Notification of Account Change letter(s) after all automatic debits and direct deposits have been switched to your new Missouri Bank account(s) and all outstanding checks on your previous account have cleared.

Step 5: Sign, date and send the letters on your own, or come by a branch and we'll take care of it. Either way, your mobankers are here to help make the transition to mobanking as easy as possible.
